These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LogiSheet mobile application ("LogiSheet", "the app", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. By downloading, installing, or using LogiSheet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Acceptance of terms

By using LogiSheet you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Description of the service

LogiSheet lets you scan QR codes and barcodes with your device camera and write the resulting data into your own Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. It also includes tools such as custom column templates and a built-in QR code generator. The app depends on third-party services, including Google and Microsoft, to sign you in and to read from and write to your spreadsheets.

Your account

To sync data to a spreadsheet you sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account. LogiSheet accesses your spreadsheets only with the permissions you explicitly grant, and you may revoke that access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings. You may also use the app as a guest with limited functionality.

Free and paid plans

LogiSheet offers a free plan and a paid plan.

• The free plan includes a monthly limit on the number of scans and may display advertising.
• The paid plan removes advertising and unlocks higher or unlimited usage as described on the in-app subscription screen at the time of purchase.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed and billed through the Google Play Store or the applicable app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the standard policy of the store through which you purchased.

Acceptable use

You agree to use LogiSheet only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Use the app to store, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription checks, or security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers, or the third-party services it relies on.
• Use the app in any way that violates the terms of Google, Microsoft, or your app store.

Your data and content

The data you scan and the spreadsheets you connect belong to you. LogiSheet acts only as a tool that writes your scans into your own spreadsheets, and we do not claim any ownership over your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping backups of anything important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled.

Intellectual property

The LogiSheet app, including its name, design, logo, and software, is owned by Adeelius and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app without our prior written permission. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

Third-party services

LogiSheet works together with third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, an advertising provider, and a subscription provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service, and their inclusion does not imply our endorsement.

Service availability

We work to keep LogiSheet available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may set or change usage limits to keep the service running smoothly.

Disclaimer of warranties

LogiSheet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that any data sync will always be complete or error-free. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogiSheet and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes any loss caused by sync failures, inaccurate scans, or third-party service outages. Always keep independent backups of important data in your spreadsheets.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogiSheet and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

You may stop using LogiSheet at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of LogiSheet after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with that jurisdiction's applicable laws.
