This Privacy Policy explains how LogiSheet ("LogiSheet", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent way. By downloading or using LogiSheet, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the app.

Who we are

LogiSheet is a mobile application that lets you scan QR codes and barcodes and send the resulting data directly into your own Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. The app is developed and maintained by Adeelius. You can reach us at any time at support.adeelius@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We designed LogiSheet to collect as little information as possible. The categories below describe everything the app may handle.

Account information. When you choose to sign in, we use Google Sign-In or Microsoft Sign-In. Through this process we receive basic profile details such as your name, email address, and profile photo, along with a secure access token that lets the app connect to your spreadsheets. We do not receive or store your account password. You may also use the app as a guest without signing in, in which case no account information is collected.

Scanned data. When you scan a QR code or barcode, the decoded value is captured on your device so it can be written to the spreadsheet you selected. This scan data is yours. It is stored locally on your device until it is synced, and then it is written into your own Google or Microsoft spreadsheet. We do not keep a copy of your scanned inventory, attendance, or other spreadsheet content on our servers.

Spreadsheet access. With the permissions you explicitly grant during sign-in, the app reads the structure of the spreadsheets you connect (such as sheet names and column headers) and writes new rows to them. We access only the spreadsheets you choose to connect.

Camera. LogiSheet uses your device camera solely to scan codes. Camera frames are processed on your device to detect codes and are not recorded, stored, or transmitted to us.

Device and usage information. We may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, and basic diagnostic or crash data. This helps us keep the app stable and fix problems. If you use the free version of the app, our advertising partner may also collect device identifiers as described in the Advertising section below.

Local storage. The app stores your settings, connected sheet details, column templates, and pending scans locally on your device so it can work quickly and offline.

How we use your information

We use the information described above only for the following purposes:

• To authenticate you and maintain a secure connection to your spreadsheets.
• To read your spreadsheet structure and write your scans into the correct columns.
• To let the app function offline and sync your data when a connection is available.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the app.
• To display advertising in the free version of the app.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your scanned data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering it to your chosen spreadsheet.

How your data is shared

LogiSheet acts as a bridge between your device and the spreadsheet service you choose. Your data is shared only in the following ways:

• With Google or Microsoft, so that your scans can be written into your own Google Sheets or Excel files, and so you can sign in securely.
• With service providers that help us operate the app, such as our advertising and subscription partners, strictly as needed to provide their service.
• Where required by law, such as to comply with a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users or the public.

We never share your scanned spreadsheet content with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services

LogiSheet relies on a small number of trusted third-party services, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:

• Google (Google Sign-In and Google Sheets API) for authentication and spreadsheet access.
• Microsoft (Microsoft Sign-In and related APIs) for authentication and Excel access.
• Google AdMob, which may serve advertising in the free version of the app.
• A subscription management provider used to process and validate in-app purchases.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle data.

Advertising (free version)

If you use the free version of LogiSheet, we display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage signals to show relevant ads and to measure their performance. Upgrading to the paid plan removes advertising from the app. You can also manage ad personalization through your device settings.

Data retention

Scans and settings stored on your device remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. Because your scan data is written into your own spreadsheets, it stays in your Google or Microsoft account under your control. We retain account and diagnostic information only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or operational requirements.

Your rights and choices

You have control over your information:

• You can use the app as a guest without creating an account.
• You can revoke the app's access to your spreadsheets at any time from your Google or Microsoft account security settings.
• You can clear locally stored scan data from within the app settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and any associated data we hold by emailing support.adeelius@gmail.com.
• Data already written into your own spreadsheets is under your control and can be edited or deleted by you directly.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We honor these requests in line with applicable law.

Children's privacy

LogiSheet is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Sign-in uses the official, encrypted authentication flows provided by Google and Microsoft, and access tokens are stored securely on your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit the amount we handle.

International users

Your information may be processed by the third-party services listed above, which may operate in countries other than your own. By using the app, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in those locations in accordance with their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be highlighted in the app. Continued use of LogiSheet after an update means you accept the revised policy.
