Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LogiSheet ("we", "our", the "app") handles your information when you use the app to scan data into spreadsheets. By using LogiSheet, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we access

When you sign in with Google, LogiSheet requests only the following:

Your basic profile & email, to identify your account and show who is signed in.
Access to the specific Google Sheets you select (the drive.file scope), LogiSheet can only see and edit spreadsheets that you explicitly open or create through the in-app Google file picker. It cannot list, read, or access any other files in your Google Drive.

Limited Use. LogiSheet's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read your data except as required for security or to comply with law.

2. How we use your information

To append, read, and update rows in the spreadsheets you choose to connect.
To display previews (sheet name, column headers, recent rows) inside the app.
To keep you signed in between sessions.

3. Data storage

Your scans and sheet connections are stored locally on your device. Authentication tokens are kept in your device's secure storage (Keychain / Keystore). LogiSheet does not run its own servers that store your spreadsheet contents.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or Google user data with third parties. Data is exchanged only between your device and Google's APIs to perform the actions you request.

5. Data deletion

You can disconnect any sheet or sign out at any time from within the app, which removes the stored tokens and local connection data. You may also revoke LogiSheet's access from your Google Account permissions page.

6. Children's privacy

LogiSheet is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
